They are calling OpenOffice.org "Open Office 2007 Pro" which I
believe is wrong.

This same seller is selling $5.99 downloads of a Windows Mobile 6
ROM for Treo Smartphones, which is definitely NOT legal.

Selling OpenOffice.org on CD is legal. There are many Community
Distributors who are only charging for the time and materials for
making and shipping that CD.
Now if someone charged for the privilege to download OpenOffice.org,
then that would be against the Open Source license and against the
OpenOffice.org rules.
