Yes, it's a shame that some take advantage of the less informed.

I sell on ebay also, but I also include in the listing that OpenOffice.org is Free along with a link to www.OpenOffice.org. This way I only target those that still use dial-up, those having problems with downloading, or just want the convenience of a pre-made CD. And I believe it helps promote OO.o with people finding that it is a free program.
