Looks like a completely legit listing to me. It quite clearly states that it's open office. He hasn't got the open office web address in there but thats because it's against Ebays terms and conditions to have a web address in your listing where the product can be bought or downloaded for free.

Perhaps Barry can remember this next time he's looking to snitch on someone.

I was looking at your software, and thinking how good this looks and to the fact that it's free on a GNU license, however i also noticed an ebay seller who is charging for the older version of your latest product. Additionally he is not referring to this product as Open Office.org, which you have made clear must apply to all people involved in distributing this material.

I thought i would pass the details on to yourselves to assess, whether A) this person is acting legally B) is fully abiding to your terms of distribution.
