Looks like a completely legit listing to me. It quite
clearly states that it's open office. He hasn't got the open
office web address in there but thats because it's against
Ebays terms and conditions to have a web address in your
listing where the product can be bought or downloaded for
free.
Perhaps Barry can remember this next time he's looking to
snitch on someone.

assess, whether A) this person is acting legally B) is fully
abiding to your terms of distribution.
