Personally the things I see that is "wrong" with the listing is,
1) they aren't using the OpenOffice.org name to identify the suite. In fact they cover up the ".org" in the picture of the "box." 2) they changed the OpenOffice.org picture, if they are pictures from marketing.
3) They aren't offering the latest version of the OpenOffice.org suite.

Otherwise I just see someone, possibly, making a mostly honest listing of the latest version he is aware of, not everyone gets the notices of a new version.

Hi,

I was looking at your software, and thinking how good this looks and to the fact that it's free on a GNU license, however i also noticed an ebay seller who is charging for the older version of your latest product. Additionally he is not referring to this product as Open Office.org, which you have made clear must apply to all people involved in distributing this material.

I thought i would pass the details on to yourselves to assess, whether A) this person is acting legally B) is fully abiding to your terms of distribution.

Regards,

Barry Smith
