There are two links on their main page following the offer, entitled
"Details". These links open a pop-up window of Terms & Conditions
which mention the service fee for shipping, the subscription prices,
and credit card charges. I'm not affiliated with these people, but it
looks like Andy is right to me.

That said, I agree that something ought to be done to clear up the
Ebay mess. This doesn't happen to the big companies because they have
legal representation. It's in the interests of OOo to let people
distribute and Ebay is one of the largest sales platforms for end
users.
