Top Posting (sigh) I too, charge for the 2 CDs I send out. But to add some more value I also include the cream of OpenSource software. Inkscape, Gimp, Scribus, Firefox, Thunderbird and Lightning (very very frightening!) and Gnucash for Windows. Bear in mind, the people who have insufficient bandwidth to download OOo, would also be unable to get the other stuff too.
And these other projects have not set up a Community Distribution scheme like OOo.
