[cd-rom] Question about selling your product

If I opened an account with eBay, could I charge a price for telling
people about the link to your site instead of sending them a CD?
 
I have noticed a person on eBay selling your product, but when you
purchase from him for $7.49, you just get the link to your site to
download the item.
 
If you want to check, its eBay number 250484682930 and also check out
the feedback.  You will see that he does not send out a CD for it.
