Yes. Only raw-capable burners write sectors "as audio", without rebuilding
ECC-EDC blocks.

Yes. In TAO it's not possible to maintain the original layout of tracks.

I know that X-CD-Roast used cdrecord up to v0.96. Since, as I've said
before, cdrecord at the moment hasn't a generic-mmc-raw driver it is
physically impossible to do a 1:1 copy with cdrecord.
