The main problem with your solution is, that some localized mail
clients add other prefixes then 'Re:' for responses. (German clients
for example sometimes add 'AW:' for 'Antwort'. This is not recognized
by the list processor and you get subject lines like
Subject: [cdrecord] AW: [cdrecord] AW: [cdrecord] Some topic
And this is awful in my opinion.
You may want to grep for the header line beginning with
X-Mailing-List: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
which is added by the list processor to each message. This solution
ist more reliable than a filter rule based on the subject line and
does not render the subject line unreadable.
