yes. useinfo causes cdrecord to look for an *inf file, but if it can't find
one it won't even complain.
You *do* loose the pregap information on that track. The track beginning and
the beginnig of the sound data may differ. This may cause your CD player to
jump right to 02:00 sec of the track instead of the real beginning when using
track-skip. It will not effect normal playing where you continue from last
but one to the last track normally.
