I have two scsi controllers a 2940u2w and a 2940au and find that
cdrecord -scanbus only scans the first scsi bus and does not list my
Toshiba SD-M1201 DVD/CDROM drive.

My Plextor 10/12/32S is on my 2940au card, in the documentation provided
it indicates a jumper required for Unix which I presume refers to the
data block size. As my machine is Dual boot Solaris 8/Windows NT can I
leave the jumper off ?
