I did some research and found the right results:
some days ago, there was a news at Heise:

It is about ORBS and after reading the arcticle, I fetched the files....
.... and found that that mail.fokus.gmd.de is listed in the files.
Yesterday I asked my Postmaster and found the backgound information.
The guys from ORBS are spammers themselves!
They tried to use our mail gateway for illegal forwarding fir several hours
about a year ago, so out postmaster send a mail to them telling them that
their practice is illegal and that they should immediately stop it.
It seems that this is the reason why we get listed. We never forwarded any
mail within the last 5 years!
My postmaster is happy that this partal which uses illegal practices finally
closed.
So Bill please tell your postmaster that his blocking is based on
tables of mails illegal spammers and not based on real trusty information.
