I don't, but you can maybe find out from /proc/sys/dev/cdrom/info.

I have a tool called setcd in my Debian system. It seems to work with
my Ricoh MP7060S.
I have a related question. With ATAPI drives, one can set
file_readahead with
echo file_readahead:2000000 >/proc/ide/<cdromdevice>/settings
for example, but how does one do that with SCSI?
