The cdrtools (at least the newest version) can burn CD-Rs with these
mode. But how do I read them? I tried readcd with the -clone option
but the resulting iso file contains 2048 byte/sectors if I understood
it correct (I used CDmage to analyze it).

I grabbed the same CD with blindread and got a bigger iso file with
2352 bytes/sector.

Is there a tool to grab the iso files from the cd in raw mode (so that
the raw data and the subchannel info is stored in a iso file)?

readcd did not create the .toc file like
ftp://ftp.fokus.gmd.de/pub/unix/cdrecord/ProDVD/README.clone mentions.
Is this .toc file only created with the pro version?
