Wrong too:

What in section 6 is only means that people who _redistribute_ code are not
allowed to modify the license. There is a difference between an original
_distribution_ and a redistribution of the same code.

Last time I checked cdrdao-1.1.5 (not xcdrdao), it roughly 1/3 (actually a bit
more) of the .c/.cc and .h sources are Copyright Jrg Schilling and close to 2/3
of the code is Copyright Andreas Mller.

2% of the code carrys other Copyright and additional
3% of the code carry Copyright Andreas Mller and other additional copyright.

It is obvious that Andreas and I are allowed to decide about the license to be
used for the whole project. As I stated before, I already do allow to link my
code against libedc without forcing the "viral" part of the GPL.
If Andreas would have asked me before, he would have been granted the needed
permission.....
