OK I did a 'ms -ss' and use speed=4. The tracks get read properly now.
I also had to remove the -vall option: otherwise there is an endless
sequence of this (and the extraction never starts):
index scan: 15...track type conflict detected -> TOC:audio, subchannel:data
track type conflict detected -> TOC:audio, subchannel:data
track type conflict detected -> TOC:audio, subchannel:data
track type conflict detected -> TOC:audio, subchannel:data
track type conflict detected -> TOC:audio, subchannel:data
