That fact that writing lead-out takes only few seconds is perfectly
normal.

Can you mount DVD-ROM? Can you mount recorded DVD in another [DVD-ROM]
unit? I mean it's hardly a [recording] software problem and you should
bring it up with your vendor, either media or unit. A.
