By what Danny has said I can't use the MinGW32ce to build FFMpeg... See 
"Re: [Cegcc-devel] RPM test distributions for arm-wince-cegcc and" at 
19:47 of today...

I just want to be able to decompress H.263 :(
Now that I've compiled FFMpeg it seems that isn't working correctly...

Well... Sorry... This was just to "let off steam"...
