I use Ubuntu 7.10 for work and have tried just dropping the latest
cegcc release onto it.  Works fine, even if it's not as easy as typing
'apt-get install cegcc'.

The packaging should be easy.  I'm worried about the licencing issues,
however.  We'll see.
