Debian is very picky about licences. cegcc says that because it is an amalgamation of projects it carries the licenses of all of them -- and refers the reader to those. So I'll have to check them all out. If they're all known and acceptable to Debian I'm probably ok. If not, though -- well, I'm not sure what happens.
