Thanks for the help. I have tried your (Danny) script, with the same result. The compilation says:
/cegcc/src/binutils/ld/scripttempl/pe.sc: No such file or directory , but this file exits on this location! (also pe.em). Until I installed gcc 3.4.4-999 from cygwin setup.exe, I get similar error: the file existed but the compilation couldn´t find regex.c. But now I don´t know if something else is missing on the instalation. Any more ideas?
