Hi !

  I put a Windows build online for CELStart+tools 1.4.0
(basemapgen, bootstrap, cslight, docconv, lighter2, viewmesh, walktest)
The updated download page:
http://www.crystalspace3d.org/main/CELstart#Current_Release_.281.4.0.29

Note this one has no support for Python-CEGUI bindings.
Last time I tried (last year iirc) it was difficult to impossible to
get those working on Windows. Maybe this has changed ?
