Hi James,

I'm a bit puzzled - the link you have to version 4 is documented as shown below - but this looks like a comment on version 1. All stars (on my webpage anyway) are greyed out - should one be yellow? I think you should ask Tommy to drop the number of stars back to one.

When I run that model it does run, but not for long enough. All of these cardiac models should have default stimulus and time integration parameters to run through about 5 cycles (just copy the stimulus code & parameters in the Beeler-Reuter model which was set up by Andrew and Tommy).

Cheers,
Peter

Model Status

This is the original unchecked version of the model imported from the previous CellML model repository, 24-Jan-2006. Update: Version 3 was fixed by James R. Lawson on 19/03/07.

Previous version of model produced the following error message when run in PCenv: "Error message = "Error: Two variables with incompatible interfaces are connected: d and d" Added an attribute of private_interface="in" to declaration of variable "d" in component 'L_type_Ca_current"

Rationale: both the parent ("L_type_Ca_current") and encapsulated ("L_type_Ca_current_d_gate") components contained public_interface="out", thus disallowing any connection between the two components. To transfer "d" from encapsulated to parent component, an attribute of private_interface="in" was required for the variable "d" as defined in the parent component.

Fixed version 3 of

New file is now version 4

Updated PCenv stars to one star (should it be three? indicating that it
runs fine?)
