Had to do a little shopping today before I get started.

You also see I'm still here in Burlington instead of New Hampshire or

Massachusetts. I gave up on the idea of going there on this trip. Body don't

want to. It will have to wait for another time. I just ended up staying here

two extra days.

 

11:28AM brings me back to The Catholic Cemetery on Heinesburg St, to finish

where I left of yesterday. 70F/20C.

Now we have a most unusual headstone. The guy must have been into sports.

His headstone is a reproduction of a score board. Nice way of scoring a loss

or win by birth and death dates etc. (P).

I also found a gaudy broach. I still have it in the car. One of these days

I'll stop at a Jewelers to see if its real or fake. If its real, I'll send

it back to the cemetery office.

 

1:18PM brings me to Essex Road Cemetery just off of Rt. 2, at Essex

Junction. @ 70F/20C.

 

1st thing I see is a tiny headstone and it only says...........

Little Mabel ..........no dates.(Who does little Mabel

belong to?)

 

John Downer died Oct 12, 1851 age 82 years.

 

Hirame Baldwin died July 5, 1850 age 31 years.

 

Eber Baldwin 1787-1878.

 

Now I see a little sign, half buried saying this is Morse Cemetery.

 

Cyrus Sprague died March 30, 1854 age 54 years.

 

iddo Green died June 18, 1851 age 66 years
