I briefly read the terms of use and the licence, I don't know, it
sounds a little like "we provide you this, but we could extend it
someday and you won't be able to add those features". I am no expert,
if someone speaks better legalese than I do could she help us
understand if using those APIs imply particular issues for us?

And aside from that, what are the issues remaining? I don't add/remove
contacts in ICQ, but AFAIK messaging works perfectly. Are there still
issues with online presence notification?
