Hi all!

When you use info in mentioned document you have to implement two of
these in your client:

* Advertising
* Buddy Info
* Expressions and Buddy Icons
* AIM Start Page
* AIM Toolbar (Windows only)

And if application is used by more than 100.000 users (simultaneously)
then advertising is mandatory. More info here: http://dev.aol.com/aim/terms

Document describes new versions of OSCAR protocol (v9 and v10). Nearly
all clients use obsolete v8, which is going to be disabled soon, I
suppose. And AOL has good excuse for doing that - "we gave you
documentation to implement new one". Pretty good business model :)
