Ernie : We can grant that, as an estimate, half of the world's Muslims are peaceful, don't pay much attention to most of the Qur'an, and simply want to live in harmony with their neighbors. But then there is the other half... In case you have not noticed, that half has declared war on the West and on Christianity in particular. Thank God, at least some % of people in the West have determined to fight back. In Europe this opposition is thwarted by governments at almost every level in almost every country. The name of the game in Europe is capitulation to Islam at every turn. Demographics tell the story. About 5 million Muslims in France, entire suburbs of Amsterdam and now Muslim, rape rates in Norway and Sweden are now astronomical with the vast majority of cases perpetrated by Muslim immigrants, crime rates all over the EU rising like a rocket after lift off, and on and on. There has been a sea change in Europe in 10 years. Helsinki is now 10 % Somali, Denmark is 5 % Muslim now, 20 % of " English " schoolkids are Muslims, etc. All this while the established churches are moribund and believe more in the gospel of Political Correctness than in the gospel of Jesus Christ. At least Hindus are mobilizing against Islam. Some states in India have had very high rates of conversion to Islam in the past 30 years or so. With Mumbai as a catalyst, Hindu opposition is now well under way toward some sort of organized program to bring such developments to a halt. Don't ask me what form this opposition may eventually take, I do not know, but to report the facts ..... As you are well aware, I am anything but anti-Arab or anti Iranian or anti any other ethnic group. As you also know, nothing that Muslims do these days surprises me in the least. Any true believer Muslim is an enemy with whom no compromise of any kind is possible Who was it, Cicero ? , Seneca ?, who always concluded his speeches to the Roman Senate with he words, " Carthage must be destroyed " ? Finally Carthage was destroyed, completely. Rome bought 500 years of peace.
