Not sure. The English language ones are partly obscured and I cannot read Arabic ( or is it Urdu ? ) The pix were sent by a BJP supporter, but I think there is zero chance he invented the photographs. His point is that Muslims ( those in the pix, plus X number of others ) are anti-India even though they are citizens of India, at least this is how I read what he said. His English is a little rough around the edges. At a minimum there seem to be a certain number of very unpatriotic Muslims in India. What else to say is unclear to me just now.
