Britain has strict gun control. It is almost to the point that only criminals have guns.

That is the problem with most "gun control." The ones who abide by registration, permits, etc, are NOT the ones you need to worry about. Which is why it does not make sense. The people who have guns that you need to control aren't going to cooperate, no matter what you do. They're going to break the law, and what's breaking one more law to them? It's not like they care or something. :-)

Genuine or not, I agree with you, armed populations tend to create a lot of mischief. Then agree, I think DRB would argue that is overall a *good* thing. :-)
