That's my biggest problem with all this. The politicians want to blame the
financial world for greed. The financiers blame the politicians for perverse
incentives. The masses blame the elites for colluding to rob them blind. The
elites blame the poor for wanting it all without having to pay for it.
Do you see a trend here?
Has a single entity anywhere in the U.S. Body Politic said, "I am responsible
for this failure. I didn't cause all of it, but I utterly failed to discover,
understand, and do the right thing in a way that inspired others to do the
same. To my shame, I focused on my own little world a little happier, and hoped
someone else would worry about any negative consequences."
Anyone? Let me know, so I know whom to respect. Right the only arguments I'm
getting is over whom I should despise more...
