Hi Edward, What "Red Hat Enterprise Linux/CentOS 7.5 (or newer); Linux kernel v4.16 (or newer)" means is that you either need to use RHEL/CentOS 7.5 distribution with a 3.10.0-852+ kernel or any other distribution with a 4.16+ upstream kernel.
