Hmm, I suppose a solution could be to create a script that queries pool.ntp.org and stores it in /etc/hosts (or the dnsmasq config) as 'cached.pool.ntp.org' or similar, and then configure that as an NTP server. And then have the script run periodically, and also at image build time? -Toke
