I have tried hard not to comment on this issue. I wish to thank CEZOBAL for
considering the comments from various quarters and duly reversing the decision.
On the other hand, I acknowledge the fact that Blazers maintain the right to
appeal. I just hope the issue will be sorted out soon and that we will all be
that one big happy family again.

Iam compelled to comment because All I see here is beef beef beef other than
way forward.
Cant you consult the governing body thus Basmal to resolve the matter.
Mind you this is detrimental to development of the sport .
please be mindful that some sponsors are also on this forum and the vibes can
simply trigger something detrimental to the sport.

Subject: {CEZOBAL} Capital Blazers
The CEZOBAL executive committee held a meeting on Monday 10 Nov at
Lilongwe hotel and among other things discussed was the punishment
that handed down to the Capital Blazers.
After hearing concerns raised by other quarters over the heaviness of
the punishement, the executive resolved to reverse its initial
judgement.
The relegation has been reserved and replaced with a K15,000.00
payable before Feb 28 2009 failing which the relegation judgement will
come into effect.
The money has to be deposited into the CEZOBAL bank account and a
deposit slip given to the finance executive in CEZOBAL, Linley Givah.
All teams and players are once again reminded of the need to respect
the game and that any game sanctioned by CEZOBAL is part of the league
be it a tournament or a clinic, as long as CEZOBAL sanctions it.
