Thanks Roy, I get your point. We are almost talking about the same thing. CEZOBAL will follow the constitution. It will have the position as required. One i am trying to point out is that, for some one who is going to be vice pres for example, he/she will not be ushured into office as a vice president. He will be going in there knowing before hand that my position is not the tradition vice president role ngati pa farmer kalabu. In other words a person will be a vice president on paper to fulfil the constitutional requirements but in real sense he/she will be technical director. Ili la vice president lingokhala dzina kuti tisaphwanye malamulo. Koma tikangowasankha, ndipotikamawadzaweruza, they will be answering questions on their perfomance as say technical director not Vice chakuti.
