We are almost talking about the same thing. CEZOBAL will follow the constitution. It will have the position as required. One i am trying to point out is that, for some one who is going to be vice pres for example, he/she will not be ushured into office as a vice president. He will be going in there knowing before hand that my position is not the tradition vice president role ngati pa farmer kalabu. In other words a person will be a vice president on paper to fulfil the constitutional requirements but in real sense he/she will be technical director.
