The 2nd round registration booklets have been made and teams will this time around have to pay MK500 to get a booklet, NO team will be allowed to register players without the booklet. The second round registration will be handled by Rocky Kaunda, please contact him on mobile number 099 9204 007 or email address [email protected]. Teams will have to pay up front for them to get the booklets. Please also NOTE the following:- · If you are registering a player who already was registered by another team in this year’s calendar season be it a SOZOBAL, NOZOBAL or CEZOBAL team, you will be required to pay a registration fee of MK4, 000 and the player should have clearance from his previous team. · If a team is registering a player who wasn’t registered by any team (free agent) during this year’s calendar season the registration fee is MK2, 000. · Teams which haven’t paid their fines will be SUSPENDED from playing in the 2nd round. ALL fines and any money owed to CEZOBAL by ANY team will have to be paid up by the 18th of July 2010 before 5pm. Otherwise all those teams will be SUSPENDED from participation in any CEZOBAL activity for the whole year. I will personally ensure that this is adhered to. · All teams are encouraged to sign TWO under 18 players as part of the teams’ developmental exercise. The two under 18’s are additional players they don’t count as part of the 12 registered players. In actual sense a team which does include the two players under 18 players has an added advantage, since they will be having 14 registered players in their books. · Find attached a copy of the rules and regulations for those who have not had a chance to read them through please do so before the second round begins. · Two should have home and away kits at the beginning of the second round. NO team will be allowed to borrow a kit in a cases were there is a clash of colours. · Every team will be required to bring at least ONE basketball to their games, if a team shows up with out a ball, they will be fined. In a case were by BOTH teams show up with out basketball BOTH teams will be fined heavily. · Teams are encouraged to have either a Team Manager or a Coach during the second round, any team which will have anyone sitting on their bench and is not on their team sheet will be fined.
