There's no change on article 21. Rules of 2008 are the same as of 2010
on that one. Link yake iyi onani.

clarifiations and info from the group before a formal complain is
launched, I am sure we are still allowed to exchange ideas on this
forum. A helebati nanga mumaziwa kuti ma lamulo la fiba 2010 ayama

        TO ALL CEZOBAL TEAMS:

Could ALL teams follow the right procedures regarding
complaints, if your team has a complaint or protest, please ensure that
you write your protest at the back of the score sheet and send a letter
to the committee in less than 48 hours of the incident happening. This
business of complaining to the WHOLE CEZOBAL Google group should STOP if
you want the Committee to carry out its duty. The CEZOBAL Committee will
act on any complaint or protest which is not channeled in the right
direction following proper procedures.

ALL Team Captains please ensure that you follow the rules and
regulations governing the league.

Regards,

Barlett Mafuleka

Cezoball,

For clarification sake, how many players have to be on the court
to consider the game a forfeit. There was a certain incident in our game
against Cougers where they they only had 3 players remaining on the
court, our team actually started celebrating because I believe ABC were
awarded a game because the team they were playing with had 3 players
remaining on the court and the rest of them were fouled out. This rule
applied then, I would like to know why this rule did not apply
yesterday. We believe that Cezoball should have awarded us the points in
the same way they awarded ABC. The ref justified the decision to
continue by saying that " Mdzodzo's game was forfited becaise the
incident happened early in the second quarter" , aaaaahh gentlement is
this really a true justification. I really thnk the league should take
this matter up, why should a rule that applied in one game not apply in
the next.

Ndatha Ine
