A mafuleka its understood about the venue issues without prejudicing my fellow disciple but a word to ball players Magaye ambili timadzifila about doing sth to the game.A 1 saturday contribution per individual towards say refing a game/stats can make work so easy but eeeH. You can literally finish the whole gym asking everyone to help you with a simple activity making you look like some fool yet in reality you have kind of nothing to loose i wonder to you Captains whether we have time on our agendas to discuss on the contribution to the league as teams. Food for thought but volunteerism is what has moved a game like this elsewhere and the only best motivation that can be given to a volunteer is support.

It’s time that people in CEZOBAL woke up and started concentrating on real issues rather than childish things which are making the league fail to progress, as of right now only 3 teams have paid and taken their registration booklets, not even a single team has paid their registration fees and the deadline is in 14 days’ time. NO team has ever gone out on its own to any school to assist with coaching and developing the game, let alone even try to market and brand your own teams and make basketball attractive to the masses, all what teams do is sit and whine and expect the committee to do everything for them. When the committee arranges anything for the benefit of the league, none of the so called CEZOBAL players show up, how many players showed up for the CEZOBAL Gala night?? A night purely arranged to honour you the Cezobal players, you all never showed up, we had more junior league players present at the gala night than senior players and all you want to do is sit and whine that ABC is given an unfair advantage because they have a court. It time everyone grow up and everyone starts doing things for the benefit of the whole league and for the benefit of basketball, starting with the referees clinic which will be held this Saturday at ABC starting at 2pm. And it is the responsibility of every player to get involved with the Junior league, which is also starting on Saturday morning at ABC , teams should look at developing the game rather than just sit and dwell on things which will not take the league forward. The administration of the league has improved things are done well in advance teams are given all the time in the world to prepare themselves but the teams don’t want to embrace the good administration by making themselves function better, how many teams have even engaged a coach?? All teams were told in November last year about this but most of you have done ZERO, you waiting to start making excuses that you couldn’t find anyone it 3 months??? NO TEAM WILL BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER THIS YEAR WITHOUT A COACH PERIOD, those are the issues you should be dwelling on. This CEZOBAL Google group should never be used to send useless things this was made for people to share basketball issues as well as pass vital CEZOBAL information to each other. I TRUST THAT THIS IS LOUD AND CLEAR TO EVERYONE AND WE SHOULD ALL WORK TOGETHER IN DEVELOPING BASKETBALL AND MAKING CEZOBAL THE BEST BASKETBALL LEAGUE IN THE REGION STARTING TODAY ON VALENTINE’S DAY. LETS ALL SHOW LOVE TO OUR LOVED ONES, AS WELL AS THE SPORT WE ALL LOVE. HAPPY VALENITNES TO EVERYONE. In the same sense it has been noted that one team namely ABC usually have almost all thier games at thier home ground. As much as it's the only indoor, and proper homeground we have, I feel that this gives them a unfair advantage since its the court they train and have time to LOWEZA those rims. I would like to know if ABC will be playing the same amount of games at silver as all the other teams this year.
