Not necessarily bad. If I had all my eggs in one basket I would want to diversify into other investments. He probably had all of his money in just one high tech stock - not good for him personally riskwise... Most high tech CEOs sell off batches of stock for this reason. Doesn't mean he doesn't believe in Allaire. Just that he is getting smart financial advice.
