The "start" command has a /min option although that is probably not exactly
what you want.
Alternatively if you run it under a user context that does not have console
access I don't think you'll see anything. Don't ask how me how to do it but
it can be done on NT 4 and 2000.

This is on NT and 98. Actually I've got one scheduled on
and NT server and I run from my workstation. It seems like
there should be a switch to suppress the dos window from
popping up.
