Dealing with Change

When you hear comments about "workforce training" and "lifelong education"
that really what's being discussed -- how people and society as a whole
deals
with change.

And many of us, when trying to communicate with employers and customers,
have the problem of dealing with people who don't understand how we see
things
and our knowledge of how the new tools of computers and software (and of
course
Cold Fusion) are changing things so rapidly.
