In WinAmp (I'm using v2.64), you can double click in the "Misc" button in
the bottom of the Playlist window and save a playlist into an HTML format.
In tandem with a .m3u file this pretty much eliminates the need for a DB,
and if done right, allows you to navigate your albums via a web browser.
This would also allow users to save custom playlists of mixes and share them
with other people. I guess you could add the album covers to the HTML pages
too...
