I emailed them directly and asked them about it.
What little I could gather is that the particular product is currently in
negotians to make it Open Source. It has also had an impact on CF6, but he
could not say further as there were some legally binding/silencing
agreements in place.
So don't go knocking it too hard. It is probably a good insight into where
CF6 is going and if they helped change CF6 for the better, kudos to them!
