Subject: Why should someone use CF?

I have been asked by by manager at our solutions development company to
explain in 7-8 bullet points for a Power Point presentation why a potential
client should use Cold Fusion. Can I get some help? I have things like
ease of development and clarity of code but after that I am kind of stuck.
