How long has your graphic artist been doing graphics? Does he do CFML?
I understand he did a bad job but sometimes there are two side to every
story and when you send emails out swearing and saying lots of bad things...
then it makes me wonder hmmm I wonder what his side of the story is. I
could tell you some stories about some of my bosses and their crazy ideas...
I could tell you how I learned to overcome being a newbie... I am sure there
are plenty of stories on both sides of this. Just be careful jumping to
conclusions. How much input on the design did you give him. How long has
he used PhotoShop? etc.
