That's exactly why I do it too. If I just did the mill with no music or
something to read, I'd go nutty, probably have to resort to reaching out to
the person next to me and pinching them and pretending it wasn't me and
looking all mad when they ask me why I pinched them..
Which is always the back up plan should I forget a magazine or my walk-man
:-)

I always read on a treadmill.......are you kidding? Well, not if I'm jogging
a 9 minute mile (fastest I go sorry), but always while walking. Helps the
time pass, especially when you're on there for an hour-and-a-half or so.
