A really muscular man goes into a bar. He asks the bartender for a lemon, a knife, and an empty glass. He says "I'll bet all of you I can squeeze this lemon hard enough to fill up the glass with juice." He gets a number of takers. The man squeezes and squeezes with veins bulging and his face turning red, and is able to fill up the glass with juice. A meek-looking fellow down the bar issues his own challenge: "I bet I can take the used lemon rind, and fill up another empty glass with juice." Nobody believes he can do this, and a lot of people make bets that he can't. The little man squeezes the used lemon, and fills up the glass again, without even breaking a sweat. Everyone is amazed, and wants to know how in the world he could do that. "Easy", he shrugs. "I work for the IRS."
