Seriously though, the menu looks fabulous! However,

Breakfast - how about half & half or cream for the coffee? Otherwise,
excellent choices. Maybe yogurt?

Lunch..... those seem like awfully heavy meals to feed to someone that has
to sit in front of a computer for another 7 hours and concentrate without
falling asleep. (not that you'll be boring or anything, but you know what I
mean!)

I think they should be lighter, more protein instead of carbs? (isn't the
carbs that put you to sleep?) .... Maybe a choice of yogurt here, too,
salads, powerbars, granola, fruit? Mt. Dew?
Just something that will ick up our energy, feed our minds so to speak.

But I'm not a dietician, so what do I know.

Dinner: Fabulous! I'm going to need to go to real "Boot Camp" just to work
off the food!
