Erika (with a "K"),
The unflavored creamer is Half-and-Half. If you want pure cream, then just
let me know and it will be provided (we had a soy milk person one time, and
it was always fresh on ice for her). I'll ask about the yogurt, but I have
a feeling that in my beloved America, you can get yogurt if you want yogurt.
:)
As far the the weight of the meals, they are very well balanced and
portioned. You feel just right afterward, and the fresh brewed coffee
provides just the right perk afterward.
We've used these caterers a lot, and they always receive rave reviews.
Erika with a "K" will be a happy lady!
Respectfully,
Adam Phillip Churvis
