Good morning! (or evening depending when you read this....)
Missed some good threads this weekend, however, I was very busy gearing up
for Bar Golf by seeing just how much alcohol I could consume in three days
without passing out and missing our friend's wedding completely! <grin>
Actually, I was very well-behaved, drank just enough to be tipsy, and had a
fabulous time on Block Island. Which, by the way, is a fabulous island for
bike riding, spectacular views, gently rolling hills and this weekend, you
couldn't have asked for better weather.
I even got to pet a horse (someone rode by the bar on a pretty Appaloosa)
..... he was so nice! Let me hug him and everything!
In the end, nobody got sick, the bride and groom had a blast and everyone
made it back on the ferry in one piece.
How was everyone's weekend???? Any more boat-horror stories from Texas?
